Try The NHS App
You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, send us a health or administrative enquiry, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.
If you already use Patient Access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.
We have been using https://patient.info/patient-access for some time now to allow you to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions online. If you’d like to sign up for this service please call the surgery. Alternatively, download the NHS App which can do everything Patient Access offers and more.
If you’d like to sign up for proxy access to view the record of e.g. your child, an elderly relative etc. you may do this. There is a form to complete, and please note you we’d need to consult with you and your child first if they are aged 11 or over (we remove proxy access by default at this age), or have consent in place for any competent adult for whom you’d like to access their medical record.
