Out of Hours and Emergencies
When the surgery is closed please telephone our main surgery number on 01903 247740 to be advised of the alternative emergency telephone numbers to ring. An urgent enquiry line (on call rota) remains open until 6.30pm on weekdays.
These numbers are exclusively for emergencies, not for problems which could have been resolved during the day or can wait until the surgery reopens. All calls will be monitored by doctors and may be discussed with patients at a later date.
After 6.30pm and before 8am call 111 for urgent, non-emergency help.
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
