If our wait time gets too long, or if you prefer, you are welcome to ask for your blood request form to be printed off, and you can take it for a blood test at Worthing Hospital. Home urine testing for patients living with diabetes

As part of a diabetes annual review, urine testing is really important to look for early signs of kidney damage. We do this through a test called the albumin:creatinine ratio (ACR) test, which looks for small amounts of protein in the urine.

We now offer a new NHS digital funded service to allow people to do this test at home with a kit through the post and a smartphone.
