Dear Patients,
Mrs Jacqueline Barnes has retired from her position as manager of Cornerways Surgery. We’re so grateful to Jacki for many (>20) years of dedicated service to Cornerways Surgery. Jacki will be greatly missed by staff and patients alike.
We’d like to welcome Vida Tonna as our new practice manager. Vida has previously managed surgeries in Brighton & Hove, achieving there best overall practice as recognised by Healthwatch. We think she will fit in well and are grateful she has joined the team.
Mrs Coral Meredith has also left from her role as practice nurse and we’re grateful for her work with the surgery. We’re delighted to have secured the services of Veronica Clarke (practice nurse) and Micheline Williams (healthcare assistant) on a short/medium term basis to allow us to boost our capacity not just to previous levels but above that. This should help us greatly as we head towards Winter. A short wait had built up to see a nurse after Coral left, however with the new capacity, the wait time should disappear over the next few weeks.
Best wishes, Dr. Romans & Dr. Sayers
